OneSource has many different clients and each client has different screening requirements therefore OneSource
customizes the screening process to meet or exceed their policies.
In all cases OneSource complies with all State and Federal Labor laws for every employee sent out whether
it is for a few hours to long term assignments. This includes but is not limited to E-Verify as required here in
Arizona and the following.
- Complete OneSource Application
- Evaluating and confirming the employment history on the application
- E-Verify Designated Agent: Please note that OneSource is a "Designated Agent" for the E-Verify process
which allows us to screen new employees that are added directly to another company's payroll if that company
requests us to do so.
Depending on any screening requirement a client may have, OneSource and/or its screening partners will
perform the following screens and processes, including but not limited to:
- Pre-Employment Drug Tests
- Random Drug Testing Policies
- Employment History
- Skill Testing
If requested and in compliance with all state and federal disclosure policies, OneSource will provide
results of the screening information with any client requesting a review of the process.
